The proposal identifies in the area's centre of gravity, where five important roads converged, a junction point on which to create a sort of roundabout, the heart of which is essentially a circular square.
At the foot of this "roundabout", formed in its whole by a drum containing the slip roads, by the Square and Towers, stretches like a carpet the tree-lined and planted Walk - except for a double continuous row on the southern edge - in square garden courts delimited on the north edge by a light portico.
Around these two central themes a series of proposals to sew up local situations are made; for example for the small square in front of Garibaldi Station, which is overlooked by the Walk and by the cultural centre; or for the new park closing off an avenue for which replanting is proposed.
