GOSHIKIDAI MARINE RESORT COMPLEX

The redevelopment of a former salt-works provided the opportunity to create a large holiday resort near the sea.
The main design aim is to use the theme of the small port and the hotel in one very powerful architectural idea as the fulcrum for the organization of the open space.
The residences are arranged in small groups around this fulcrum.
The relation between the exceptional and the normal is estabilished by the varied architectural treatment
