The project is articulated by way of three large bodies that are arranged around a green courtyard, planned with two series of terraces and converging at a central point of the composition. This “court” is the principal spatial nucleus of the new headquarters and is planned to be the principal visual point of interaction between the volumes of the general composition. Each building is made up of a variable curved beam structure, every beam has the same shape and circumscribe the living space. The beams, like in a grand “hanger”, define the volume like a single continuous shed roofing and constitutes the principal architectural element of the project. Made in plywood, each single element of the roof structure rests on the ground in two points. The roof is covered on the inside with titanium sheets, and is likened to a giant dragon partly buried in the earth. The volumetric direction of the three bodies has been studied in such a way to give the maximum visibility of every facade. A large and continuous glass window has enclosed the habitat volume.
