200-rooms complex with restaurant, conference halls, Auditorium, Disco and sport facilities.
The sequence begins with the view of a curvilinear street -the Residence- with its portico broken on one side by a tower- the Meeting Center. From there it diagonally proceeds between two parallel, specular buildings, into a long "metaphysical" square, set against views of Yatsugatake, with the ondulating mass of the theatre and of the Kommagatake, framed between two towers. To then sink further down, between two concentric crescents, flooded and reflected by the artificial waves of a swimming pool. The road finally bridges a garden to end, with the unpredictable, sudden view of Mount Fuji, on the walled terraces of the tennis courts.
